We care about your dental health & overall well being

Look better. Feel better. Breathe & sleep better.

These Are The Core Beliefs That Guide Us

YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW ALL OF YOUR OPTIONS

We believe in compassion, integrity, and having a gentle touch. We believe in giving you options so you can make thoughtful decisions that are in your own best interest. We pride ourselves on getting to know you on a personal level. Our goal is to have you as part of the IDD family for life!

KIDS SHOULD HAVE STRONG TEETH, BEAUTIFUL SMILES AND HEALTHY AIRWAYS

We believe in dental fundamentals for kids: cavity prevention, strong oral hygiene habit & regular check-ups that are fun and something your children look forward to. When it comes to orthodontics, we believe in developing the jaws forward in the face because it leads to a stronger profile, optimized airway, healthier jaw joints, and a broad smile that is complete to the corners of the mouth.

ADULTS DESERVE DENTAL HEALTH, FREEDOM FROM PAIN & OVERALL WELLNESS

We believe in excellence when it comes to general and cosmetic dentistry for adults. We are gentle. We don’t judge. We use the latest technology and we take most insurance plans. We also excel in adult orthodontics. We have experience in straightening teeth for the first time, reversing previous orthodontic outcomes re-opening extraction spaces. We also specialize in treating TMJ problems, Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and other sleep related breathing disorders.

Breast Feeding & Tongue Ties

Breastfeeding is not only an integral part of infant development; it can also cement the bond between mother and child. The first place where tongue or lip-ties create problems is while breastfeeding. Either babies or mothers or both can have symptoms including painful or prolonged nursing, reflux, gas, colic, blistering or bloody nipples.

More Than Straight Teeth

The mouth and teeth have a direct effect on the jaw joints (TMJ) and airway which, in turn, have an impact on the health and development of the entire body. We do not recommend extraction and/or retraction of permanent teeth for orthodontic purposes. A beautiful smile should ALWAYS be the most visible result of orthodontic treatment but NEVER the primary goal.

Poor Sleep, Snoring & Sleep Apnea

Sleep-related breathing disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), can have a detrimental impact on your overall health. Poor sleep quality, snoring, and other associated signs of OSA can lead to various complications. Symptoms like sluggish memory, impaired cognitive function, mood swings, weakened immune system, reduced libido, weight gain, elevated blood pressure, daytime drowsiness, and impaired balance can significantly disrupt your daily life and hinder even the simplest tasks.

TMJ, Clenching & Grinding – PAIN

More and more dental and sleep research is showing that clenching and grinding is often a symptom of physiological problems and untreated sleep related breathing disorders including sleep apnea. Clenching and grinding can lead to head and neck pain in people who do not have a TMJ problem. Left untreated, clenching and grinding can cause patients to wake up in pain or have pain throughout the day.
