Develop a regular at-home routine for tooth care
It does little good to drink enough water only once a month, exercise only when the mood strikes and only sleep the optimum number of hours every once in a while. In order to keep our bodies working at peak performance, we must make a habit of eating well (with the occasional “cheat”) sleeping well, and drinking enough water regularly.
Brushing your teeth well only when you have the time, or choosing to floss erratically, will not ensure clean, healthy teeth and fresh breath. Maintaining proper oral health is all about consistency. [Read more…]
